Join us to make your very own UPCYCLED COAT over three nights at The Open Arts Center in Bend!
Cost is only $125.00 and Fashion Workshop provides all the equipment, tools, and notions.
You just need to scrounge up an old quilt, tapestry, drapes, blanket, or other textile that is a twin size blanket or larger
